Flying Officer Leslie Valentine Croix de Guerre

I thought you may be interested to know that my Father, who flew with 88sqdn in Boston IIIA's during the war, and who is now 94 yrs of age, is returning to Normandy for a commemorative visit. He is also being fete'd as Guest of Honour at the Armistice Day Celebrations.
I am posting two links that tells some of his story.

He still lives in Oxfordshire two miles from where he was trained during WW2
