Is 20/20 vision a must to join ADFA pilot?

It is said 20/20 vision is a must for a ADF pilot. Today, an optometrist told me my vision is a little bit below but very close to 20/20. I don't know how exact the number is since she did not give me a eye test report However, I don't use glasses for everyday life or reading.

And she told me not all kinds of pilots need 20/20. I still have chances. Is it true? I am interested in applying for navy pilot through unsw-ADFA program.
