I wonder if the missing reflections from the barrel-shaped building in the background are broken windows too, or just open?

It's a shame the video didn't catch the flags to see if they jerked as the shock came by.

The portico/paving around the building may have concentrated the pressure wave.

At 0:02-0:03s there's lots of stuff raining down from the frontage of the building, which given the clear sonic boom at the camera, and the likely effects of the awning shade over the frontage to diffract and reflect the shock wave makes sense.
One of the other videos of this event on Youtube (can't check the link on a work PC!) clearly shows the glass missing from almost every pane (curiously, two or three of the big ones survive) and large amounts of broken glass lying on the ground outside the building.
