Merlin IMOS
My learned friends I am trying to get to grips with the Merlin IMOS contract and could do with a user perspective. Quite simply does it work? Are you seeing sufficient ac in decent time and does the service level translate well to places hot and sandy?
This is not a journalistic trawl (as I am not a journo!) but I represent one of the, shall we say, larger defence firms out there. Feel free to PM me your thoughts if you don't want to post here.
