Lynx has had a forced landing. 3 on board survived with minor injuries. Happened in Halle, near Gutersloh.

maybe the "soft" and newly cultivated field was a bonus feature....skids look either flattened or gone under the soil. Either way, glad the guys are walking away to base for tea and stickies.

Coley.

You´ll find links and pictures at the "Flugzeugforum", although to be able to view the pics you´ll need an account.

Absturz eines Lynx in der Nähe von Halle

Quick summary: The helicopter was reported to be flying over the city of Halle and then force-landing at the field. Thereafter the wreckage started burning.
The crew escaped with minor injuries.
Rumor: Hydraulic leak. I cannot verify that however.
