Maybe some snipers of this variety would be used to firing from the air:

About 3:30 in you can see the Bootie describing some of his kit.

Just a shame it's not a lynx in the video really.

Police 'marksmen'....now there's a worry. I've seen these folks playing at Bisley. 'All the gear, no idea' was forefront in my mind.

From what I have been told the contingency for helo mounted snipers is valid and would be effective. I suggest further discussion at this time would be inapropriate, just wait until a proper release or a media leak.

Snipers

During the soccer World Cup in SA the police very nearly shot a paraglider who attempted to land inside the restricted zone in Cape Town. By all accounts the finger was on the trigger......
