Philrigger show a bit of respect - there's no such animal as a 'Loadie' on helicopters.
I presume you mean a 'Crewman' or you really do need to get some time in....
When I as a lad they had LM in the Brevet which is short for.....................

Few of us had CM Brevet's on our name patches. Got my first one for the '82 Tiger Meet (remember that one lsh) and when I left in 2004 I still had a CM brevet on my name badge. In fact the only LM brevet I had was on me No.1 uniform.

Hi Mate!

First guy I saw with a "CM" brevet was Duncan McD, asked him where he got it?

He made it out of his "QM" one, looked pretty good too!
