Xiii sqn final sortie and hangar bash

Ladies and Gentlemen, Fellow Stabbed Cats. XIII Sqn will fly their final sortie on Friday 6th May 2011. To mark this occasion XIII Sqn are having a HAS Party at the South West HAS site, RAF Marham.

If you haven’t already replied to attend this event, then we regret to inform you that it is too late. If you are one of the lucky few who have applied in good time, paid for but not yet received your tickets, then do not fret! Your ticket will be available to you at the Main Guardroom, RAF Marham, on production of a valid form of ID. Some of your tickets may still be in the post, again do not fret! There will be a copy of your ticket at the MGR, RAF Marham, again available on the production of valid ID,

However if you have not paid or have only sent your monies in the last few days, it is now TOO LATE. There will be no facility to pay for tickets at the Guardroom. Do not expect to arrive at the Guardroom, pay your money and receive a ticket. Any cheques received post party will be returned to sender. Simply if you have not paid then unfortunately you will not be permitted to attend.

If you feel aggrieved by the above decision, then please feel free to contact Alex Monro at RAF Marham, Ext 3005, Emma Cobb RAF Marham, Ext 3032

XIII Sqn looks forward to welcoming all those attending and celebrating the passing of the Stabbed Cats Tornado GR4 in RAF History.

Sounds like poor admin if you are unwilling to accept monies from those who've already reserved tickets?
