More info

They require experienced aircrew. Bill is the man to contact and he will generate interest (or not if you do not fit) he will give you all the info you need. There is no right answer as it is case dependent. They serve to 60 years old and I believe the norm is, they want you to serve at least 9 years. However, you need to get citizenship within 4 years as you start work there on a citizenship waiver.

Speak to Bill.

For those looking at Officer side of the house it is worth noting that if you do not have a degree already you will have to get a degree, or demonstrate significant progress towards one, during your 'contract' time. Experience may get you in the door but in order to stay you need the degree. If you do not then, as it stands today, you will not be offered any significant extensions to service and may only be offered rolling one year extensions while you complete that degree. Worst case you face being released at the end of your time.
