Silly question time; it says in the link that all the C-130's and associated bits "are considered unserviceable", does that mean that if they were serviced, they could be re-used, or are they just scrap metal in the shape of an aircraft?

The various governments have destroyed the military to such an extent that we may has well have a new Commander in Chief.
We may as well have the RAF as a couple of Squadrons in the USAF and the Fleet Air Arm can be part of the USN.

As the 51st state of the Union, we would have more independence than we have as a sovereign nation within the EU. Think about it, it's not such a silly idea.

How is it decided whether to sell or scrap airframes? Is the Nimrod scrapping more economical than making them fit for sale in similar manner?
