RN Jetstream scrapped

Gents

The first RN Jetstream T-2 (XX488) was scrapped at Culdrose this week.
I wonder if the museum at Yeovilton will be offered one?

Moved here (near Culdrose) in '76 when the Sea Princes (Pembrokes) were still a familiar sight in the local area. Now after 30 odd years the Jetstreams are going. I hear it's some civilian organisation next - ah well, that's progress I suppose.

The pilots that will be flying them will have civil licences instead of pilots that were training for civil licences.
