Daniel to the Lions
Well I understand that he may have gained acceptance by baking cakes but will he be able to "walk the walk"?
Will he be willing to wear a twin set with imitation pearls? Can he sing Jerusalem in the contralto or soprano keys? Finally, will he be willing to bare all and appear topless for a charity calendar.
I predict interesting times or to quote the immortal Cole

There may be trouble ahead,
But while there's moonlight and music and love and romance,
Let's face the music and dance.

What no pigeon pie?
A retired [male] wing commander, married to a [serving] female wing commander, waxed indignant in my hearing regarding his rejected application for the RAF Wives Club.

Crikey, plenty of up-to-date thinking around here. There is a real world out there you know where old prejudices no longer fit. Try it some time you might find that women are real people too.
Women will never be equal to men until they can walk down the street with a beer-gut, shaven head, cheap tattoos, and bad BO and STILL think they are attractive to the opposite sex.
