Simple save money fix

How about something simple in these days of savings:

The Navy do everything with floating objects.

The RAF do everything to do with flying objects.

The Army do everything to do with things on the ground.

Bye, bye Fleet Air Arm, Royal Marines, RAF regiment etc.

Squillions saved.

Why not reduce the 'command' structure?
Chop No. 1 Group
Chop No. 2 Group
Chop Joint Helicopter Command

This way we might reduce our inflated management structure and bring our 'air forces' back in to some balence!
I guess i've been enjoying the christmas spirit a little too much - but some management pruning is urgently required!

I don't own this space under my name. I should have leased it while I still could

The RAF started this over 30 years ago when they got rid of their floaty things. Unfortunately the Army kept their floaty things and the Navy kept their flighty things so the RAF kept their muddy things.
