Comet C2 XK699 Saggitarius - Lyneham Gate Guard

Last weekend I bumped into a retired AQM and member of the Comet Assoc who has strong views about the preservation of 'Saggy'. She's not on the internet so I'm posting this on her behalf.

Old thread on AH&N here:-

Does anyone have the latest news? Is Saggy genuinely structurally unsound and destined for the scrapyard? Is there the will to do something about this?
