1980's revisited

In great sell off and shut down in early 1980's of naval assets by MT, her great friend Ronnie was rapidly expanding to the USN 500 ship navy concept, a funny thing happened in South Atlantic. A country run by men with lots of military training, all from a Northern neighbour with lots of involvement of intelligence services.

End result was that navy sell off rapidly changed and lots of new assets and toys were acquired supporting RR's view of the world.

30 years later is history going to repeat itself ?
