Basic Flying Training - Situation

The 'future flying training programme'...... A while ago there was a plan for a comprehensive, integrated new RAF flying training system with all stages of flying training under review...... Where are we at with that.

Scrap the flying training system. Waste of money all that up diddly up.

Replace awith a distance-learning Microsoft-like Flight package that can be undertaken on your Laptop/IPOD. Should take no more than 15 hours, and come with a free subscription to Pilot Magazine.
