However, Brown's criticisms were so harsh that they have been suppressed following the intervention of Air Chief Marshal Sir Jock Stirrup, chief of the defence staff, and other officials, who considered them too embarrassing even for internal consumption at the MoD.
Hopefully, Lt. Gen. Chris Brown's email may be 'hacked' [sic], his laptop 'found' in a pub car park, or a copy of his report 'found' left on a train and the whole b/s exposed.

If the 'study' was funded with public funds, then the resulting report must be made available to the public!

That's just common sense!

But then again, it's amazing how uncommon common sense is!!

You are correct about the report having to be released, but have ever heard of redaction.......?
