You may need to add more context to your question, but depending upon the aircraft you are thinking of, the FMS may well communicate to the other avionics components via A629. Since A629 latterly developed into A429, this is a fairly common standard.

This qn may be best served on the tech forum. A629/429 are typically Civvie military databusses.
Mil GENERALLY use 1553, however, there are examples where interface units convert one signal format to another.
Without a wiring diagram, your question is pretty meaningless.
