Guys, an unusual post in that I am about to name names, but I have ascertained that the one about to be named never reads P Prune. Wg Cdr Glen Viney will leave the Service at the end of this year, after putting in a mere 39 years. He is an ex F4 and F3 Directional Consultant (Did the RN Exchange on the Ark, so opportunity for you Dark Blue types as well) and I'm pretty sure that some of you here will know him. He will leave from a NATO appointment and I am trying to make sure that, despite the lack of facilities etc, he is "Dined Out" in the usual manner. Would anyone with suitable memories please send them to me - I would like to get enough to present him with a "This is your Service Life" type book (albeit only a few pages long) at the end of the evening. Cheers.
