Well I personally think that if Nick Pope reckons the footage is genuine that cancels out any other challenge to it's authenticity.

Regardless of how put up it looks! And that curiously there is no continued footage of the Jets blasting the saucer to atoms then victory rolling over the truck park cameraman's vantage point "Battle of Britain" style!!!!

"anti-gravity drive", could this have been derived from the anti gravity paint that was being developed the early Harriers?
Possibly derived from the anti-gravity pants our chaps on Q get to wear, according to the Mail's article on Blackjack visits last week.
