Could anyone tell me -knowing that the base is closed where would I go to find names of those that trained there during World War 2?

At the end of World War II my father spent some time ferrying brand new Halifaxs to Edzell to be broken up.
When he was on 202 Sqn in Aldergrove in the late 40s he used to fly a Halifax full of airmen to Dyce (Aberdeen) who would then truck to Edzell to salvage required spares from the scrapheaps.
