What time of the year are you going?

The place is massive in terms of the motorcycling sport of Speedway. The Poles are at the top of the sport with one of the worlds best tracks there, which hosts World GP's. The top riders are viewed by the Poles with the same status as our Premier League stars.

Have a look on YouTube and all will be revealed.

I've flown there commercially several times.. It would appear to be in the middle of nowhere. Along with all the other places I fly to.

You make a fair point. Its quite interesting for an ex military person like me to fly there - there are usually lots of former eastern bloc aircraft parked up. And an AWACS (french I think) last time..
