Let me share with you, the lovely lady Melody who is an agent for Amazon but has an extensive range of aviation books right here in Australia.
Much cheaper by far (just saved $50 by not importing and delivery in two days)

I am hearing that signed copies may still be around.
Will require you to do some work.

Welcome to ADF Serials
Then go to message board
Then you will have to register not difficult
Then groups of messages will come up and pick the one you think is best to use.
Put in your request and keep checking back and do not be surprised if you obtain one.
