Question Chinook Tragedy - Missing the Point?

No-one doubts the scale of the Chinook tragedy and we must prey for justice soon. In the meantime why aren't we asking why the cream of the security service were travelling together in one helicopter? Please don't plead the "security arrangements" case...because it just didn't work did it? There are many companies and corporations which expressly forbid key executives from travelling together in the name of corporate survival. A simple lesson to be learned here? Johnny Doe

I refer you to the existing Chinook thread. The question of so many VIPs travelling together has been raised several times.. .. .I trust you meant to pray and not 'prey'.. .. .Could we keep to one thread on this please.
