Post Fast Jet Trips for Civvies?

I have a civilian friend who is desperate to get a trip in a Fast Jet. In the back of my mind I remember that there is a company in the UK somewhere offering trips in Hunters. Does anyone have any contact details for this or any other companies offering similar services?

Eddie Todd @ Sandtoft airfield gives rides in a JP slowjet, and the hunters are from Kemble and I believe have a website: Hunter / aircraft / kemble will probably get you what you want. Itll cost a bit more than 10bob though!!. .. .T_M. .

Try Delta Jets at Kemble. I think its around £1500 for 30 minutes in a Hunter.

Well if youv'e got the dosh you can get some pretty rad flights with www.motivark.com. .My personal favourite would be the trip in the 'vomit comet' but gotto be seriously rich for that one!Alternatively, MiG-25 or MiG-29 available...check their website out though!

by far the most effective way of getting a fre FJ trip is to join Blue Peter, who seem to get every presenter up with the Reds.. .. .- just an observation.

Try contacting [email protected] for a flight in a Hunter operated by Classic Jets based at Exeter Airport. . .The price is £1500 for 45 minutes from brakes off to brakes on, and includes full flight briefings.. .. .Mark

One way to get a ride here in Sweden is to work in ATC.
Have been up with a Sk-60 of the F10 wing of the SAF twice this month!

Become a journalist and find an RAF squadron that will benefit from the publicity - I got a ride in a Tornado F3 a few months ago for an article that I was writing. Bloody awesome - pulled 6gs in the turn, went supersonic at 200ft asl and I got to fly a loop (F3 was dual control). And I kept my breakfast down - but only just.

Only downside is when youcome back and realise that you face a lifetime of commercial flights - fast jets open a door in your mind that you can never close
