Thumbs down GQ Article

It appears that Mandy, the former NI Secretary, has written an article for the GQ magazine where he comments on the way forward on the Irish situation. The way forward includes:

1. Dismantling of British security facilities

2. Further changes to the NI Police Service

3. Amnesty for former terrorists on the run

4. Further enquiries into past British security misdeeds

I would love to meet Mandy and his New Labour cronies for a one-2-one to thank them for their consistant lack of support to the security forces and a total disregard to the families of the victims of terrorism. No member of the security force goes out with the intention on killing or maiming someone, unlike those who are to be offered amnesty. I do not see any further enquiries being promised into the links between Sinn Fein and the terrorists or into any terrorist attacks.

Perhaps Mandy may be used to (allegedly) bending over and taking it where the sun doesn't shine, the security forces are not (And I don't mean Margate).

So for Mandy and his New Labour colleagues, thanks for sod all support. Just remeber who's keeping you high in the opinion polls throughout the various world crisis. And to think that a year ago, Mandy called the British Army Officers in NI, Chinless wonders. Beggars belief.

Red face

It really does seem as if our 'friends' in party HQ will sell their souls for a few points in the opinion polls. Although Randy Mandy is on the sidelines at the moment, I wonder how long it will take President Blair to bring this idiot back into the fold? Equating murderous thugs (on both sides) with the security forces is disgraceful. However, if this was the price of true peace, I could stomach it. But with the daily beatings and knee-cappings, can we really say that all of the ground we have given has acheived anything? Mind you, what can you expect from people who have spent their whole lives hugging trees and attending CND meetings?!

Question

I’m sure that someone with a greater Internet ability than I could discover how many (/few I’ll bet) MP’s have served in HM Forces. Once found perhaps we could ask them to explain to these ‘politicians by trade’ what they’re doing to us.
The very least that should come out of our troubles is a recognition that our politicians treat us like Camelot when we struggle on as a church roof fund.

The leader of the opposition is an ex Guards Officer (Scots Guards I think).

Surely he'll be able to explain it to tony b liar and his treehugging mates.

OOps what was I thinking... I'll get me coat...

Just because Mandy is of dubious heritage, has a few problems over telling the truth about his finances and has hidden his sexual orientation for the last 30 somehting years (I guess). It does not mean to say that he is less of a man..... or that his integrety can be called into question! I'm sure he would gladly stand inline with the rest of us as we stick our arses (and Im sure he'd say cute) on the line in our day to day dealings with Bin Paddy and Paddy Laden.

Although I have to say that paddy still don't surf.
