I, like the most of you, didn't know Vanessa, but if any of her family or friends read this website, I think I can speak for all of us to say that it doesn't matter that whether you are Army, Navy or Air Force, the loss of a fellow service person is always hard to accept and we share your grief in this tragedy.
The fact that she died during the course of her duties will be of no comfort to you, but I am sure of one fact..to the people of Sierra Leonne that she helped, she will be forever remembered as a Saint.
