I expect the Team Manager is required to go where all the team pilots go (apart from the gents) for PR, sponsor and media events and of course the commentary box. Wearing the Red suit will make it much easier for her to do her job on the ground because she will be instantly recognisable.
I'm sure it will be a difficult and challenging job, and it's not her fault that once again the MOD PR people make a big deal about it because of her gender.
I wish her every success in managing a team that I'm very proud of. They demonstrate that not everything in this country is becoming mediocre.

I don't think anyone here is having a go at her at all, most of the complaint is about the PR machine, thats all. A bit of friendly "bluty bashing" is fine, and hey I don't mind a bit of reciprical banter, especially when you consider the a/c I fly!!!!
