Vulcan Navs Get Everywhere

It's a small world.

Recently returned from a holiday in Africa. From our party of 20, all three services were represented.

The RAF chap was an ex Vulcan navigator who went on to test flying at Farnborough, and ended his time instructing with the RN. He left about 4 years ago, and now does battlefield tours of WW1 battlefields in France. Chris W is his name. Probably familiar to a few on here.

I knew Chris W- a lovely chap! He ended his time on 55(R) Sqn, not the RN, teaching the Navy instructors how to go round rather than through hills...

Merlin, thanks for your first post...

I look forward to your second!

Is this the legendary Weasel?
Sounds very much like his surname.
