Falklands Liberation Day flypast

Hi all,
apparently for the first time since the conflict in the Falklands there was no flypast as part of the official ceremony at the Liberation Monument in Stanley. Does anyone know why this might be, has there been a change in policy or was there simply nothing airworthy at Mount Pleasant on the day?
