Red Arrows Tain Gala 2009

Does anyone know what time the Reds are displaying at Tain next week? [2nd July]? I'm taking an elderly relative and would like to get the timing right. No information on any of the local websites yet.

Many thanks.
Iainf.

RAFAT at Forres - 24 Jun 09

Matt,

I think that you might have a zulu/local faff. A Nimrod MR2 will flypast the dias at Grant Park, Forres, at 1815 local, followed by an MRA4 at 1818. The TRA for the Reds is promulgated as 1725 - 1805 UTC.

Or in normal english speak
RAF parade 6 pm
Salute 6.15pm
Reds 6.30 to 7.00pm (black tie optional)

- and don't forget, when the adrenaline has finished pumping, The Forres Accordion and Fiddle Club will be playing a tickets only gig at the Vic., "Forres Thrash Metal '09" as it probably won't be described in this week's Forres Gazette and Chip paper.

Isn't UTC a urinary infection?

Fantastic weather at Forres for the display....
Dunno if this is going to work....

Photos are 10Mb RAW files originally, so these very much reduced JPGs are nowhere near as sharp or as big, but you'll get the idea....

Ah, getting somewhere with Photobucket...
