Vulcan in the skys again.

Hopefully, once all of the pledged money is collected, she will rise again. Meanwhile, here are some of my photos from last year, just incase anyone fancies reminiscing...

Great Photos, especially that last one. Bet that they would look even better in colour!, especially as you seem to have got some great contrast backgrounds with the clouds and blue sky. (As you probably guessed I'm not really a fan of turning coloured (assumption) digital images into B&W)

Queen of the skies

Great shots; they've made a glorious sunny day here in the Fragrant Harbour even better.

The generous British public have just given over 58 Million Pounds to Comic Relief!
At least we know where the money we gave/are giving to 558 is going...........

I'll show you mine if you show me yours:

But which is the bigger waste of money?

I am not against restoring such beasts as 558 - it is a fantastic sight in the sky, but is it really worth all the money required. Personally I would rather see the money being channelled into getting more smaller types in the air.

As I stood there at Farnborough last Summer and XH558 spooled up for take off in front of me, it was bloody well worth every penny.

As for 'chanelling' money to other aircracft projects, no thanks. I gave money to the Vulcan FOR the Vulcan and nothing else.

No 9 looks remarkably air to air and reminds of shots by the late, great Paul Cullerne. Well done; impressed.
