Dave Taylor and the Harrier Ski-Jump

I am currently writing a large research piece on the Harrier ski-jump and it's impact on deck operations for my dissertation. Having read the PhD thesis by Lt Cdr Dave Taylor on the subject, I was wondering if anyone would be able to put me in contact with him. I am particularly interested in how the design was implemented by the MoD. Obviously I have researched the topic extensively, but being able to ask some more direct questions to Dave Taylor would be really helpful.
