Bigger Picture

The BBC has got an article about the Sentinel. The Link on the BBC's main page is titled 'Bigger Picture':

BBC NEWS | UK | £1bn 'spy jets' join RAF squadron

Apparently they can help detect roadside bombs; how exactly? Is that by someone else looking at every parked vehicle they mention (assuming it turns out to be a vehilce of course!). A Major Tosh is quoted during the article. It looks like some Major Tosh got into it as well!!
