I see they're doing a programme today on Radio 4, You and Yours, on whether Britain is failing its Armed Forces. Could be an interesting listen, and they're asking for comment:

Last Word, which is a weekly Radio 4 show of obituaries of notable recently deceased, opened with a piece on WO2 Gaz O'Donnel, an Army EOD man who died in the line of duty in Afghanistan. It struck me as a bit of a departure and a bloody good effort from the Beeb.
