Smile Military Visitors To Halfpenny Green

Thanks to all the crews of the recent military that have flown through at Halfpenny Green.

We used to get Pumas regularly stopping for fuel but military visitors have been pretty quiet for a lot of this year. But within the last three weeks we seem to have had an influx of passing military visitors.

FJ's are very rare at Halfpenny Green so to have have had a GR4 through (first time ever for a GR4 we think) and a GR9 in a short space of time was fantastic as well as the Merlin, Chinook, Lynx and Gazelle fly throughs and missed approaches by 3 C130s in 2 weeks, greta stuff.

We'll always give you a wave and often try and get a snap or two.

Thanks very much

Forgot to mention our first ever Tucano fly through as well, especially nice as it was one of the few left in the Red and White Scheme.
