HRH was training on the Chinook OCU to completion, hence his little drop in jaunt
So you say Wills completed Chinook OCU - are you sure?

Future 'leader' of the country - I think not!
A future tourist attraction maybe - but then again who really wants burger-scoffing Rupert Bear clad spams jamming the pavements of our cities?

If we want to give those who wield the power some military education how about putting PM candidates through selection or P Company? (And no - of course - I haven't done either of said things)

Broon and Prescott doing the fan dance - that's an interesting mental picture!

"Now by anybody's calculation that 3 convertion courses on one lad."

or more likley just a handfull of famil flights on a lad who will have the ear of the PM of the day, every week for several decades

so basic flying training and 3 ocu's in 6 months?

there's a differance between compressing training and time travel!

Why let facts get in the way of a good shoulder chip?

Oh my god, what a load of rubbish!.

The man is learning to improve his understanding about his future job, not undertaking training specific to being employed in role!.

Be thankful that he is giving the time and space to fully understand our predicament and process!.

I can't believe all this negativity!

Come on guys, why do a number of you have such a big chip on your shoulder about His 'Royal' Highness P W wanting to join the 'Royal' Air Force as a SAR pilot? This can only be a good thing; great PR, an operational role for our future leader and a cracking opportunity to give more back to the community.
(Broon, you may want to try this some time).

So what if he's been on various types during his military education (tourism according to some). He's put a damn site more interest in the military than the majority of the Government and I for one think it's a great decision by him and hopefully it pays dividends for all of us.

I believe some of you should try drying them.
