Did something similar at Topcliffe in the early '80's. Was a civvy Bell 206 who had lost a skid. 3 Flight AAC did the prep, airfield declared Black, half the Counties Fire Brigade turned up, 3 Flight refuelled him in the hover and knew exactly what to do. Then the mong diverted to Blackpool where he tipped over!! (he got out OK though, so really, thats all that counts).

My point is, all that professionalism coming together. Impressive.
