Transfer to Aircrew?

I have a CPL/IR and am also in the TA. Currently looking for a job in the civvy world, but that is not going great, what with the current climate... I was wondering if there was any way of flying militarily? Be it a transfer to the FAA/RAF/AAC (I realise that I'd be starting from scratch again).

Appreciate if anybody can give me some pointers with where to look for information, or who to speak to. Not sure if this is a question for the general recruiting numbers on the RAF/RN websites.
