The action I heared was done by MiG-29 in 1989 at somewhere in Canada. It sounds like Revise Flake or Revise Chip, but I forgot. Could you remind me?

Are you sure it wasn't "Taunt You A Second Time Break"? Or maybe even the "F*rt In Your General Direction Rollback".
