Believe it to be 250' MSD, apart from the ranges and a few other fun places.

Not sure about the G3 (I thought we'd kept that one under wraps, curse this open source....) but when the G4 goes above 50 000ft the cooling fans tend to trip off. Gets very quiet at around 63 000 I'm told.
Or did you mean the lowest height? about 5'4"

If its an official question, why not look here:

or ring them directly?

As an uninformed civilian I'd say this one was pushing the envelope...

If your Q refers to your size:
As I remember it, height alone is not a restriction
It's more to do with
1. Functional reach. Can you reach all the switches you need to
2. Ejection seat limits. These may be sitting height, sitting thigh length, weight etc. Basically so you're not going to hit anything on the way out.
There is a max & min weight. Minimum cos your body has to be able to withstand the ejection force & max so you can meet conditions for your chute to open. Seem to rememer nude weights of 95 kg for a zero/zero facility & 105 kg for zero/30
I am/was 6' 3" & was 98kg - A litle shorter & heavier now, sadly

About 5 or 6 years ago we took (Acting) Wg Cdr Phil Beech (Sp?) the F3 nav flying in a Nimrod out of Seeb when he was doing some Nimrod tasking and liaison job at the embassy. As we passed through F230 we had a round of applause for him on intercom and gave him a certificate, as we believed it was the first time he had been so high in a military aircraft. I also had the crew monitor him for the rest of the sortie to ensure that he didnt get nose bleeds as he was flying so high for so long. Think he only twigged we were extracting the Michael as we were on finals!
Had a chance of a trip when I left A SQN at TTTE. Weight limit I was told was 100KG, argh sez I , can I have a limb chopped off to fit. No was the reply. But I was given 200 slimming tablets instead ! Still at least I was'nt eating while I was smoking them !!

Northernsid,
Thanks very much. Your information has answered my question, which coming from a civilian jockey I thought was pretty reasonable.
If I had been looking for the max Flight Level then I would probably have asked for that.
Cheers again to all.

One of the girls on my course was very petite and knew she would struggle meeting the minimum ejection seat weight. We force fed her a full fat english breaky that morning at Henlow and poured (I think) about 6 pints of water down her neck just before she was weighed (pint = about .45kg, I think). She came out just .25 over the minimum...then ran to the loo

I experienced the exact opposite. I was due to take a policeman friend flying in a Hawk. At the medical the doc told him he was 4 kg too heavy. The plod asked if he could have another medical in the afternoon. The doc said yes but that it wouldn't change anything. WRONG! Four hours on a rowing machine and he scraped under the max weight. Came out of the medical and drank 4 pints of water!

Doesn't that mean that, in the event she ever has to eject, she'll either die or be turned into a Flowerpot Person by the seat?
"Pop Up Little Fast Jet Pilot"...
P
PS: For what it's worth, which isn't much, I'm 6'4" and having sat briefly in the back of a Tornado I'm fairly confident I'd exit with kneecaps, although I have no idea if they'd let me and frankly no desire to risk it.
