I dont understand your EU comment. There are 122 nations in this conference - the EU is less than 30! Go figure.

If you took time to read the article past the first few lines you would find and I quote:

"The US instead wants cluster bombs included in a worldwide treaty on conventional arms which would include all the major military powers."

So you want what the majority want - but only to your rules, as normal.
