Lyneham caught in time warp yesterday

I have to confess to being nothing more than a snapper of images of things flying but count myself fortunate to have Lyneham as my local airfield. Yesterday while on my way to my place of work I caught some aircraft that would not been out of place at airfields when I was much younger!!

First another of the Boscombe Down based 1-11s

Second a charter DC-8

Visiting from nearby Kemble a JP

Finally saw a C-130 and a K as well!!

Last using the rather enigmatic callsign Army Air One a Lynx

I for one am happy to see you in the skies over Wiltshire at any time

Just to complete the Life on Mars theme, there was an Islander sneaking in there too.
