RAF Cottesmore - 27/02/2008

Afternoon all,

Spent another day at Cottesmore yesterday principally with the hope of snapping a few more sunset shots. Despite nine aircraft being airborne at the right time of day it never really came together how I'd hoped....

A few of the captures from the day:

and in case any of the crews who were doing the flying are reading this, no, I wasn't one of the three 'people' stood straight under the centreline!

Some lovely landscape and sunset work there Karl - shame about those nasty grey marks on the lens in each one - should get those cleaned off. When the annoying whine stops you'll know they've gone.

Well, I've looked hard at the photos and I can't see them. Maybe my eyesight is failing me. Where are the guns? What do GR7s do for cannon these days?
