I would say that this Varying Standard thread is non-standard. The standard Varying Standard thread is normally entitled The Varying Standard of [Subject].

Minor point, but to me it places this thread below the standard expected. Maybe we should have a Standards team in place to monitor the Varying Standards of The Varying Standard Threads.

Just a thought.
