Sorry to disappoint but 'Loofahs - dried officers backs for the scratching of' have been deleted as a savings measure. 'Flannels -face' may be issued as a substitute but as there is only one left it's being kept in stores in case someone really, really needs it. As a temporary stand-in measure you can demand a 'Towel-hand' and cut it up in to small pieces but makes sure you can stitch all the bits together again as you'll need to hand the whole lot back at demob.
