Arrgghh don't get 'em started Al, we'll have pages of how doing exercise is affecting their ability to do their real job and how unfair it is to change the rules that were good enough when they joined 20 years ago!

And there was I thinking this thread would be about that most wonderful of West Country delicacy, the lardie - or dripping - cake. The finest saturday morning treat from Apperley's of Stonehouse;just hard to beat!

Instead there's a fat naked man with a beard....grrr
