Talking

Having seen this documentary mentioned in another thread, I read this thread with interest, youtubed it, and have just watched all 5 episodes and i am breathless. Utmost respect to the guys and gals and what they do. If there was a smilie for taking your hat off I would insert it and take my hat off to you all.

Downloading from Youtube

RAFEmployee,

I've downloaded a programme called Vdownloader 0.61 - so easy even Thud can use it. Highly recommended.

Shame it doesn't work,

The one video I wanted to download it doesn't let me.

"This is not a valid address or the video is not available for public download"

Btw, Above enemy lines is very good and I enjoyed it very much

If you are using Firefox as your browser, download an add-on called Download Helper.

All very easy after that.
Good luck

For those on a Mac:

1. Open Safari activity window (Cmd+Opt+A).
2. Doubleclick largest file on the YouTube page.
3. File called 'get_video' will start downloading.
4. On completion, add .flv extension.
5. Video will play in VLC.
