"Some of you are thinking you won't fight, some that you can't. They all say that until they are out there."

Is that not Gladiator? A "war movie of sorts"?

I shall defer any new quote in case I'm wrong.

As chairman of the 'well actually' commitee, " engine room, give it all you've got, damage acceptable ! " was from ' Yangtse Incident ' ...

How about " Revenge is a dish best served cold - it's very cold in space ".

OK smart---es,

Here we again stray from movies ( though 2 feature length films were made eventually after this pilot episode ) ;

I suspect very tongue in cheek nodding towards our nuclear chums -

" well with our atomic engines we can stay up for six months, but after two and a half hours our radiation shields will fail, giving all passengers & crew a fatal dose "...

Sounds like a Wart On design to me ( apart from the endurance ) .

I thought the point was to guess the line from the previous contender and the winner (i.e. first one who gets it right) posts the next??

"Ah Kirk, my old friend, do you know the Klingon proverb that tells us revenge is a dish best served cold? It is very cold in space!"

Star Trek II-Khan's mild irritation.

Trapped in the Sky, Thunderbirds

actually 3 feature films counting the 2004 live action

What about:
And I, I look down there, and then in the darkness there's this uh, there's this green trail. It's like a long carpet that's just laid out right beneath me.

Angels 15.

I'll try again:

"You can't make love you're twisted"

From a war/flying film, honest.

Flash 2001 - 'Bad Day at Black Rock'?

OK - try:

"Just rinse it round and spit it out. Don't swallow it....."

(Clue - film was made in B&W)
