Question Advice on USNA and USN Flight School

Hey, this is Slaquer5's 16 year old daughter. I'm interested in applying to the United States Naval Academy next year and currently I have the grades to easily be admitted however from the academy I'm interested in applying to flight school and hopefully becoming a Naval Pilot (hopefully fighters) and I was wondering if there were any former military pilots who could offer any advice, comments, warnings, suggestions, ect. on getting into flight school and/or the Naval Academy. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Err - are you American? That would be a great start.
